MREIF supports long-term, affordable mortgage financing through participating financial institutions. Current published terms include mortgages of up to 20 years at a fixed 9.75%, subject to programme and lender criteria.
FMBN · National Housing Fund
Qualifying NHF contributors may access FMBN mortgage finance through accredited Primary Mortgage Banks for eligible residential housing purposes.
Mortgage Banks & Commercial Banks
Licensed mortgage lenders and commercial banks provide different mortgage products and underwriting criteria. The right lender depends on your profile, property and financing needs.
NMRC & Other Housing Finance Channels
NMRC strengthens the mortgage market by providing refinancing support to mortgage lenders. Other qualifying housing finance programmes may also apply depending on your circumstances.
